If your tired- learn to rest, not quit..

There’s no quitting . Just take that option off the table.

If you want to quit a job that supports you as your feeling drained- you don’t need to quit. You need to give more to yourself .

.
A 3 hour minimum spiritual routine before work — that has physical oxygen boosting exercise , serotonin, time with spirit , feel good dopamine sense of achievement that you got it done — gives you a sense of accomplishment and empowerment.

.
If depression has you feeling you want to quit- you need more brain chemicals that will get you out of the past …. your brain is playing tricks on you that you don’t deserve to feel like you belong . But you do. And when your brain chemicals function on all cylinders you can find so much happiness even just going for a walk and truly feeling grateful to be here .

Take quitting off the table and instead do something different- go all in — on a miracle morning 3 x hour routine — for 1 x week and see how you feel 💕
